The outer layer (42) itself has an adhesive layer or an adhesive film (83) on the side facing the cellular core. The outer layer bonds to the cellular core under pressure and at elevated temperature.

For a continuous production of the composite panel (86) in one operation, the core mixture (24) is poured onto an inrunning lower cover strip (48), in contact with a lower adhesive film (16) facing the core mixture (24), and a pile is formed there, extending over the entire width of the adhesive film, both [lacuna] continuously and uniformly drawn through a V gap (40) and compacted there for the first time and calibrated to thickness, an upper adhesive film (30), upwardly limiting the precompacted core mixture (24'), is fed in and brought into contact with a continuously fed cover strip (46) and the sandwich is pressed with further compaction, heated, cooled and cut to the final length of the composite panel (86). The apparatus for carrying out the process preferably comprises a double-belt press (43 ) for the concluding pressing and heating, for maintaining the temperature and for cooling.

摘要： The invention concerns a method of producing a laminated composite comprising at least one core layer with at least one covering layer, the layers to be interconnected being assembled in the form of strips and being acted upon with the desired laminating pressure between laminating rollers in the roll gap by adjustment of the gap height. The laminated composite emerging from a first roll gap wrap partially around one of the laminating rollers and is then guided through at least one further roll gap. A suitable laminating mechanism comprises three laminating rollers in an approximately L-shaped mutual arrangement. For technical laminates with traction-resistant covering layers, the removal force of the covering layers can generate by reversal a pressure force on the laminating rollers. The duration of the pressure is increased by the action of the subsequent loops wrapping around the rollers.
