摘要： There are provided a dielectric ceramic having a high Qf value in a relative permittivity ∈r range of 35 to 45, and a small absolute value of a temperature coefficient τf which indicates change of the resonant frequency in a wide temperature range from a low temperature range to a high temperature range, and a dielectric filter having the dielectric ceramic. A dielectric ceramic includes: a main component, molar ratios α, β, and γ satisfying expressions of 0.240≦α≦0.470, 0.040≦β≦0.200, 0.400≦γ≦0.650, and α+β+γ=1 when a composition formula of the main component is represented as αZrO2.βSnO2.γTiO2; and Mn, a content of Mn in terms of MnO2 being greater than or equal to 0.01% by mass and less than 0.1% by mass with respect to 100% by mass of the main component.

摘要： A dielectric ceramic which is capable of stably having a desired relative dielectric constant (εr), while having high Q value and good temperature coefficient of the resonance frequency. Specifically disclosed is a dielectric ceramic which contains lanthanum, magnesium, calcium and titanium, and when the compositional formula of the components is expressed as αLa2Ox.βMgO.γCaO.δTiO2 (wherein 3≦x≦4), the molar ratios α, β, γ and δ satisfy the formulae below. 摘要： An electric double layer capacitor is provided with a cell, in which a pair of polarizable electrodes, which are impregnated with an electrolyte, are disposed in opposition on either side of a separator; wherein the polarizable electrodes are provided with collector electrodes, and a peripheral portion of the cell is sealed by a sealing member composed of synthetic resin. The collector electrodes are composed of an alloy made of crystal grains of differing components and the collector electrodes pass through the sealing member while in intimate contact with the sealing member, extending to the outside of the sealing member. A metal plated layer made of crystal grains of a single component is formed on those locations on the collector electrodes that pass through the sealing member.

摘要： The present invention relates to a method of infusing coloration in solder to facilitate inspection of soldered portions in the production of electronic machinery, equipment and apparatus, and further, a method of forming a colored membrane on the surface of the soldered portions by employing colored solder materials.Physically and chemically stable colored powders composed of rare earth compounds or metallic fluoride compounds, having properties of specific gravity lighter than that of solder and further being indecomposable even at a temperature higher than that of the melting points of solders, are mixed into flux. After soldering by employing solder cream containing the mixture, a colored membrane or layer may be formed on the surface of soldered portions by deposition of the colored powder compounds.

摘要： The present invention discloses lanthanide series bisphthalocyanine complex compounds, wherein chemically and thermally stable side chains effective for the development of a functional film due to generation of solubility and liquid crystallization in a solvent.The compounds according to the present invention having no reacting positions at side chains thereof possess electrochromic properties and further possess excellent electrochemical characteristics. Moreover, these compounds are soluble in a solvent and show discotic liquid crystal phase. Therefore, these compounds are very effective for the development of a functional film.
