The sheet position defining unit can adjust an inclination of the front edge of the sheet.

    • Data delivery apparatus communicate with a plurality of terminals via a communication network. Member table stores a member ID and attribute data of each member. When a member logs in via a terminal, its communication address is written into the table in association with its member ID. When a command requesting delivery of particular data has been received from a terminal, the delivery apparatus refers to the table, on the basis of the communication address of the terminal having transmitted the command, to determine whether the attribute data corresponding to the member ID is indicative of a predetermined attribute. If so, the delivery apparatus reads out the particular data from a database and broadcasts the particular data to all of terminal apparatus having their respective communication addresses stored in the table. The delivery apparatus can broadcast data, transmitted from a terminal, to all of the members, with reference to the table. The broadcasted data may be stored in a sharing memory so that the data can be transmitted to another terminal having logged in at a later time. On the basis of performance data generated in response to performance of a musical instrument, an image indicative of the contents of the performance is created and then displayed along with a graphic image emulating the musical instrument.

    • A process of forming mask images having high contrast at the edges thereof and possessing high heat resistance and high durability comprising imagewise exposing a photographic light-sensitive material comprising a transparent support having thereon, in succession, a mask layer and a layer of an emulsion of a silver halide in a binder followed by development without employing fixing processing to form silver images at the image areas, removing the silver forming the silver images at the image areas with an aqueous solution containing ceric sulfate and sulfuric acid; then reducing the silver halide remaining at the non-image areas to silver; halogenating the silver formed in the non-image areas with an aqueous solution containing dichromate ions and halogen ions; heating the photographic material above about 200.degree. C. to thermally decompose the binder in the silver halide emulsion layer; removing selectively the thermally decomposed binder at the image areas with a solution capable of removing the thermally decomposed binder to uncover areas of the mask layer thereunder, and thereafter removing by etching the uncovered areas of the mask layer. The mask images formed can be used for making photo masks having high resolving power and high edge contrast as well as excellent durability.

    • A gas reclaiming equipment capable of separating SF6 gas from a mixed gas efficiently and shortening reclaiming work under reduced pressure. A gas separation equipment is provided between a gas insulated equipment and a gas liquefaction system. The gas separation equipment separates nitrogen gas from the mixed gas, and concentrates SF6 gas. Only SF6 gas is sent into the gas liquefaction system. The gas separation equipment uses pressure swing adsorption using an adsorbent with selective adsorption. Moreover, a buffer tank for storing mixed gas is provided between the gas separation equipment and the gas insulated equipment. The buffer tank and the gas liquefaction system are connected by a reflux-line. The reflux-line refluxes the gas in a gas phase in the gas liquefaction system to the buffer tank. Furthermore, the gas separation equipment is connected to a storage tank. The storage tank accumulates the nitrogen gas separated with the gas separation equipment. The adsorbent to adsorb SF6 gas is enclosed in the storage tank for exhaust gas. To absorb decomposed gas, the filter has an adsorbent of the chemisorption type. The adsorbent has of a metal hydrate.
