    • The present invention relates to a method for acyltransferase reaction in which an acyl group of acyl coenzyme A is transferred to an acyl group receptor characterized in that the reaction is carried out by production and/or reproduction of acyl coenzyme A from coenzyme A in a reaction system by a chemical thioester exchange reaction with acylthioester. The present invention, wherein expensive acyl CoA is reproduced nonenzymatically in a reaction system, enables to continuously carry out acyltransferase reaction only by putting a small amount of acyl CoA with a donor and a receptor of an acyl group into a system. Accordingly, the method of the present invention can be applied to an industrial production method of various kinds of compounds including useful biological molecules and synthesis of polylmers such as polyester.
    • 本发明涉及一种酰基转移酶反应的方法,其中酰基辅酶A的酰基被转移到酰基基团受体中,其特征在于反应是通过在反应中由辅酶A生产和/或再生酰基辅酶A 系统通过化学硫酯与酰基硫酯交换反应。 其中昂贵的酰基CoA在反应体系中非酶原地再生的本发明使得能够仅通过将少量酰基辅酶A与酰基的供体和受体一起投入系统而连续进行酰基转移酶反应。 因此,本发明的方法可以应用于包括有用的生物分子和聚合物如聚酯的合成的各种化合物的工业生产方法。
