    • A bottle treatment system having a safety unit that improves the operational process, including a first accessible safety region, a second accessible safety region and a shut-off device. The first safety region is delimited by a first protection in which a first machine has a drive associated with the first protective region. The second accessible protective region is delimited by a second protection direction following the first protection, with a second machine having at least one further drive associated to the second protective region. A bottle transport from the first machine to the second machine is provided via a transport device, as provided with an individual drive and exceeds the protective region. The shut-off device turns off the machine drive associated with at least one of the respective protective regions and the drive of the transport device exceeding the protective region, if access to protective region is detected.

    • A labelling apparatus (20) for the labelling of containers (2) is provided, which comprises at least one first labelling device (22), a storage device and a control device (24). The at least one first labelling device (22) is used for applying a label from a first strip of labels to a container (2). In addition, the control device (24) is used for controlling the labelling of the containers (2) on the basis of a detection result of a first detection device (23) which detects a pattern of containers (2) and container-absence points (2a) in a supply flow of the containers to the first labelling device (22), and/or on the basis of a detection result of a second detection device which detects a filling state of the labels in the storage device, wherein the control device (24) is designed in such a way that it interrupts the labelling of the containers (2) if the first detection device (23) detects a pre-determined pattern of containers (2) and container-absence points (2a) and/or if the second detection device detects a pre-determined filling state of the labels in the storage device. The labelling apparatus (20) can be incorporated in a plant (1) which comprises a stretch blow-moulding apparatus (10) for producing a plastics-material container from a pre-form, and a filling apparatus (30) arranged downstream of the labelling apparatus (20) for filling with a liquid the plastics-material containers supplied by the labelling apparatus (20) and for closing the plastics-material containers filled with the liquid.
