    • A cover for an electronic touchscreen device is provided. The cover includes a coupling member and a device housing, which secures therein the electronic touchscreen device. The coupling member includes a front plate that is releasably coupled to the device housing. The coupling member further includes a coupling body that releasably couples the cover to a user's vest, backpack, or other portable item. The front plate and the coupling body are configured to move with respect to one another to transition the cover between closed and open positions. The device housing further includes a housing lid and a housing body. The housing lid and housing body cooperate to secure therebetween the touchscreen device. The user operates the touchscreen device through the housing lid and conductive components thereof under the condition that the cover is in the open position. The device is protected in the closed position.

    • A portable desk for use in home and office environments for comfortably and conveniently supporting a portable computer or other electronic device on the lap or knees of a user. The desk has an upper surface on which the computer rests. The desk is supported on the user's lap by a flexible, bowable support member which is repositionable, thus allowing the user to change the inclination of the desk in order to adjust the viewing angle of the computer screen. A flexible tray for an accessory such as a mouse may be inserted in a slot at either side of the desktop. The tray may be reversibly inserted with a smooth, planar surface or a textured, frictional surface disposed facing upwardly. Ventilation is provided through a transversely recessed convex channel in the upper surface and may also include a small, USB-powered fan to increase heat dissipation. Cable management features may also be provided.

    • A portable desk for a laptop computer or similar device. The desk has a rigid panel with a central cutout. Pads are provided on the top surface to receive the computer case to provide friction. Cushions on the underside of the panel engage and stabilize the desk on the user's legs in a sitting position. A mouse pad is hinged to the desk and in a stored position is received in the center cutout and may be deployed to a position adjacent the desk when in use. Heat is dissipated through the central cutout and also along air troughs between the bottom of the case and upper surface of the desk. In one embodiment, the desk may be provided with folding legs which may be deployed to impart an inclination to the working surface. The desk is compact, lightweight and can be conveniently stored in a carrying case alongside the computer when not in use.
