    • A device and a method for connecting a fluid-conducting channel to a component is provided. The channel includes at least one end having an inner cross-section, and is arranged in a sealing manner on a first part of the component. The first part is provided with a bore for conveying the fluid further, and is fixed with respect to the component. For improved connection, it is provided that the component is additionally provided with a second part surrounding the first part, and the end of the channel is arranged in a ring space formed between the first part and the second part. The end of the channel is fixed by an adhesive at least partly filling in the ring space.

    • The present invention comprises an apparatus for protecting and providing a stand for a display, which may be an electronic display, which resolves the issues of the prior art in a novel, self-contained, easy to deploy manner. The apparatus of the invention is comprised of a transportation case configured to be utilized as part of the stand when it is desired to support a display, deployable elements contained in the transportation case that enable easy and rapid deployment of the stand and display, and other elements, including, optionally, the display itself. The transportation case is configured to accept and protect a display during shipment. In accordance with one embodiment of the present invention, the invention includes the display itself. When deployed for viewing, the display stand may be covered by a decorative skirt. The apparatus is a compact, deployable, self-contained unit for display and shipping.

    • The invention relates to a device (10) and a method for connecting a fluid-conducting channel (30) to a component (12), wherein the channel (30), at least one end having an inner cross-section (34), is arranged in a sealing manner on a first part (16) of the component (12), said first part being provided with a bore (26) for conveying the fluid further, and is fixed with respect to said component.
