    • Noise produced when a turntable comes into contact with a damper is reduced without increasing the number of parts. A metallic support plate is suspended on a top surface of a frame and the support plate is provided with a damper facing a turntable. The support plate is provided with long holes so as to suppress vibration transmitting from the damper to the support plate when the turntable and the damper contact each other by means of the long holes. This restrains a sound of contact between the turntable and damper from being amplified through the vibration of the support plate.

First and second bosses are provided on a rack loading, which interpose therebetween the cam wall and the gear escape-preventing wall.
