摘要： Provided is a catalyst for hydrocracking a paraffinic hydrocarbon which provides satisfactorily high cracking activity and middle fraction yield as well as the low pour point of the fuel base material (the middle fraction) all together. The catalyst of the present invention comprises a USY zeolite derived from NaY used as the raw material and having a peak intensity of 30 or lower, appearing on the 111 surface upon X-ray diffraction, and a noble metal of Group VIII of the periodic table.

摘要： The present invention relates to a hydrocracking catalyst for hydrocarbon oil comprising a support containing a framework-substituted zeolite-1 in which zirconium atoms and/or hafnium atoms form a part of a framework of an ultrastable y-type zeolite and a hydrogenative metal component carried thereon and a method for producing the same. The hydrocracking catalyst of the present invention makes it easy to diffuse heavy hydrocarbon oils such as VGO, DAO and the like into mesopores, is improved in a cracking activity and makes it possible to obtain a middle distillate at a high yield as compared with catalysts prepared by using zeolite comprising titanium and/or zirconium carried thereon.

摘要： The present invention provides a method of producing a liquid fuel enabling production of middle distillate at a high yield from a feed oil containing paraffinic hydrocarbons having 20 to 100 carbon atoms as main components without losing the high cracking activity and also enabling provision of high quality gas oil included in the middle distillate.A feed oil containing paraffinic hydrocarbons having 20 to 100 carbon atoms as main components is subjected to hydrotreating in the present of a prespecified hydrotreating catalyst and under the conditions for hydrotreating including a temperature of 200 to 350° C., a liquid hourly space velocity of 0.1 to 5.0 h−1, and a partial pressure of hydrogen of 0.5 to 8 MPa to obtain an effluent oil, and then the effluent oil is fractionated to obtain middle distillate including a gas oil with a cetane number of 75 or over and a pour point of −27.5° C. or below at a yield of 55% or over against a total weight of the feed oil.

摘要： A hydrocracking catalyst that solves the above-described problem comprises a carrier containing ultra-stable Y-type zeolite obtained by the ultrastabilization of NaY-type zeolite and a metal from group VIII of the Periodic Table supported on this carrier, and is characterized in that the NaY-type zeolite has a peak in its X-ray diffraction pattern in the range of 2θ=28.0° to 28.5° and 2θ=15.0° to 16.0°, and the intensity ratio I1/I2 is no greater than 0.05, letting I1 be the peak intensity observed in the range of 2θ=28.0° to 28.5° and I2 be the peak intensity observed in the range of 2θ=15.0° to 16.0°.
