摘要： Disclosed herein is a novel bacteriophage which has specific bactericidal activity against one or more Salmonella bacteria selected from the group consisting of Salmonella Enteritidis, Salmonella Typhimurium, Salmonella Gallinarum, and Salmonella Pullorum without affecting beneficial bacteria, in addition to showing excellent tolerance to acid, heat and desiccation. The novel bacteriophage can be widely used as an active ingredient for therapeutic agents, animal feeds or drinking water, cleaners and sanitizers for preventing and treating the infectious diseases caused by Salmonella Enteritidis, Salmonella Typhimurium, Salmonella Gallinarum or Salmonella Pullorum including salmonellosis, Salmonella food poisoning, Fowl Typhoid, and Pullorum disease or for controlling the salmonella bacteria.

摘要： The present invention relates to a putrescine-producing microorganism and a method for producing putrescine using the same. To be more specific, the present invention is directed to a microorganism given the ability to produce putrescine which is generated by blocking a biosynthetic pathway from ornithine to arginine, increasing the intracellular level of glutamate, enhancing the biosynthetic pathway of ornithine from glutamate, and introducing extracellular ornithine decarboxylase; and a method for producing putrescine by using the microorganism.

摘要： An apparatus for cooling overheated gas generated from a diesel particulate filter which is connected between a diesel engine and an exhaust pipe of the diesel engine is disclosed. The apparatus includes a tail pipe for discharging outwardly the overheated gas discharged from the diesel particulate filter, a cooling fan, provided at one side of an engine room, for generating an air stream by sucking ambient air, and a diffuser enclosing an outer circumference of the tail pipe in such a way a space is formed between the diffuser and the tail pipe to prevent the diffuser from directly contacting the tail pipe. The engine room is provided with a through-hole penetrating one side of the engine room, and the tail pipe has one end connected to the diesel particulate filter, and the other end extended outwardly from the engine room through the through-hole.
