    • An organic light emitting display is capable of reducing power consumption. The organic light emitting display includes a scan driver for sequentially supplying scan signals to scan lines, a data driver for supplying data signals to data lines in synchronization with the scan signals, pixels located at crossing regions of the scan lines and the data lines, a timing controller for determining a normal driving mode for displaying a normal image and a standby driving mode displaying less information than the normal image, and a power source for supplying a first power and a second power to the pixels, wherein a voltage difference between the first power and the second power in the normal driving mode is a first voltage, and a voltage difference between the first power and the second power is a second voltage different from the first voltage.

    • A flat panel display device that can easily determine whether it has been touched or not by sensing a variation in capacitance by using a cushion member. The flat panel display device includes a first face; a frame having a conductive face and supporting the first face and having a conductive face; a cushion member interposed between the first face and the conductive face and formed of a dielectric material, wherein a thickness of the cushion member varies depending on an externally applied pressure, a conductive film interposed between the first face and the cushion member; and a sensor unit electrically connected to the conductive face and the conductive film respectively, which calculates and senses a variation in capacitance of a capacitor comprising the conductive face, the cushion member, and the conductive film.

    • A touch screen system includes a touch screen panel including first lines, second lines crossing the first lines, a plurality of sensing cells formed at the crossing regions between the first lines and the second lines, a driving circuit for sequentially applying a driving signal to the first lines, a first sensing circuit for receiving capacitance change information sensed by the first lines, and generating a first sensing signal corresponding to the capacitance change information, a selecting unit for selectively coupling the first lines to the driving circuit or the first sensing circuit, a second sensing circuit for receiving the capacitance change information sensed by the sensing cells from the second lines and generating a second sensing signal corresponding to the capacitance change information, and a processing unit for receiving a sensing signal from the first sensing circuit and/or the second sensing circuit and determining a detected touch position.
