摘要： The present application provides a plug-in sensing device and a lamp. The plug-in sensing device comprises: a base, the base being provided with a first snap-fit fastener, and the first snap-fit fastener being used for snap-fitting with a lower edge of a lamp body so as to connect the base and the lamp body together; a cover, the cover covering the base and defining a limiting cavity together with the base; a sensor, at least part of the sensor being disposed in the limiting cavity, and a sensing portion on the sensor being exposed outside the limiting cavity; and a connecting seat, the connecting seat being disposed between the base and the cover, the connecting seat being provided with a second snap-fit fastener, and the second snap-fit fastener being used for snap-fitting with an upper edge of the lamp body so as to connect the connecting seat and the lamp body together. According to the present application, a user can optionally choose whether to mount the sensor, and thus different usage needs can be met. Furthermore, since the first snap-fit fastener, the second snap-fit fastener and the lamp body are connected, the costs can be reduced without improving an original structure of the lamp body.

摘要： A silicone co-extrusion method for LED light strip, a mold and its extrusion structure are provided and it relates to the technical field of light strip packaging. The silicone co-extrusion method for LED light strip comprises the following steps: Obtaining an elongated adhesive material, the elongated adhesive material comprises a light blocking adhesive material and a diffusion adhesive material; Feeding the light blocking adhesive material, the diffusion adhesive material and a circuit board with a light bead into a light blocking adhesive material channel, a diffusion adhesive material channel and a circuit board channel in a mold, respectively, and extruding the fed light blocking adhesive material and diffusion adhesive material by means of silicone co-extrusion to a silicone light bar outlet to realize forming the light blocking adhesive material and diffusion adhesive material on the circuit board to obtain a silicone light bar; Heating and shaping the silicone light bar extruded from the mold to obtain the LED light strip, wherein the light blocking adhesive material channel, the diffusion adhesive material channel and the circuit board channel are connected to the silicone light bar outlet. The mold in the present disclosure is used to implement the above method, and the LED light strip obtained has good uniformity of emission.

The connecting assembly for light strip comprises: a connecting plug having a first hole suitable for a shape of a light strip for connecting the light strip; a connector, having a connector housing detachably connectable to the connecting plug, and a conducting needle that pierces the light strip and realizes an electrical connection with the light strip. The connection method of a conducting needle piercing into a light strip to realize the circuit connection between the light strips provided in the present disclosure is more convenient to use; the method of a connecting plug firstly connecting the light strip and then connecting to the connector makes the overall connection more solid, and the connection method is easier, and the shapes of the connecting plug and the connector are similar to that of the light strip, so as to make the light strip after connection more integral.

摘要： The present application provides a lamp with a removable lens, the lamp comprising: a lamp body provided with a mounting portion, a mounting groove being provided in the middle of the mounting portion; a lamp panel arranged on the mounting portion; a lens arranged on a top surface of the lamp panel, a connector being provided in the middle of the lens; a pressing frame, the pressing frame being pivotally arranged on the lamp body such that the pressing frame is capable of being flipped relative to the lamp body, the pressing frame being arranged around the mounting portion, and the pressing frame being in close fit with an upper edge of the lens so as to tightly press the lens on the lamp body; a snap-fit structure arranged between the lamp body and the pressing frame, the snap-fit structure fixing the lamp body and the pressing frame when the pressing frame closely fits with the upper edge of the lens; and a press-type latch structure arranged in the mounting groove, the press-type latch structure having a latched state in which the press-type latch structure snap fits with the connector, and an unlatched state in which the press-type latch structure releases the connector, and the press-type latch structure being switchable between the latched state and the unlatched state by means of pressing. This arrangement enables the lens to be removable and can further prevent the lens from deforming.
