摘要： A shape-retaining tape and a zipper tape that can be produced only by extrusion molding without using a stretching process, and can retain a prescribed shape by being attached to a package bag formed of a resin film or the like, and a package bag in which these tapes are attached to an opening part. In a zipper tape having an engagement part in which a protruded male part and a recessed female part are engaged with each other, shape-retaining parts formed of a resin composition obtained by adding 0.1 to 40 parts by weight of an inorganic filler relative to 100 parts by weight of a high-density polyethylene resin are provided along the tape-length direction of a male-side belt-like base part and a female-side belt-like base part.

In a method for manufacturing a semiconductor device including a channel-etched inverted-staggered thin film transistor, an oxide semiconductor film and a conductive film are etched using a mask layer formed with the use of a multi-tone mask which is a light-exposure mask through which light is transmitted so as to have a plurality of intensities. In etching steps, a first etching step is performed by wet etching in which an etchant is used, and a second etching step is performed by dry etching in which an etching gas is used.

摘要： There has been a problem that difference in refractive index between an opposite substrate or a moisture barrier layer (passivation film) such as SiN provided thereover, and air is maintained large, and light extraction efficiency is low. Further, there has been a problem that peeling or cracking due to the moisture barrier layer is easily generated, which leads to deteriorate the reliability and lifetime of a light-emitting element. According to the present invention, a light-emitting element comprises a pixel electrode, an electroluminescent layer, a transparent electrode, a passivation film, a stress relieving layer, and a low refractive index layer, all of which are stacked sequentially. The stress relieving layer serves to prevent peeling of the passivation film. The low refractive index layer serves to reduce reflectivity of light generated in the electroluminescent layer in emitting to air. Therefore, a light-emitting element with high reliability and long lifetime and a display device using the light-emitting element can be provided.

In addition, the oxide semiconductor has an amorphous structure. Here, n is preferably a non-integer number of greater than or equal to 50, more preferably less than 10.
