    • A method and a system of channel detecting and reporting, a terminal, and a management center are provided. The method includes: a first access device of a terminal detects a channel status of one or more channels; and a second access device of the terminal reports a channel detection result detected by the first access device to destination equipment through an access network. The system includes a terminal and a management center. The terminal can access an access network through various access devices and report a channel detection result to the management center. The management center adjusts communication parameters of relevant equipment according to the detection result. The channel detection result can be reported in time, so that communication dead zones are prevented, and probability of long-term interference on hidden nodes in a communication system is reduced.

    • A dynamic spectrum allocation method and device are provided. The method includes: finding non-idle frequency bands in the coverage of a communication device according to information in a database; selecting a frequency band from the non-idle frequency bands as a negotiation frequency band, and sending a spectrum assignment request to an interfering device using the negotiation frequency band; and acquiring usage assignment of the interfering device, in which the usage assignment is a response to the spectrum assignment request. The technical solutions can effectively allocate dynamic spectrum resources to a communication device, and are simple to implement.

    • A method for uplink resource allocation in a time-sharing channel mode is provided. The method includes the following steps. A base station accesses a network, and receives an uplink resource selection notification message from a neighboring base station, in which the uplink resource selection notification message carries information of uplink resources selected by the neighboring base station; and the base station initially accessing the network allocates uplink resources that do not overlap the uplink resources selected by the neighboring base station. A base station for uplink resource allocation in a time-sharing channel mode is also provided. By using such method and base station, different uplink resources are allocated to different base stations, so as to prevent possible conflict among one another, and avoid repeatedly transmitting the same signaling, thereby saving the resources.
