摘要： A method of deposition is provided in which a deposition operation can be immediately performed when a workpiece for deposition is carried into a deposition chamber irrespective of a shape or a structure of the workpiece for deposition. The workpiece for deposition is integrally molded with an assisting member, which is configured to maintain the workpiece for deposition in a predetermined orientation such that a deposition surface or a deposition portion thereof faces a target material when the workpiece for deposition is carried into a deposition chamber and is placed on a deposition stand, when the workpiece for deposition is injection-molded; and the workpiece for deposition is carried into the deposition chamber and is deposited.

摘要： A movable mold and a slide mold are employed. There is also employed a deposition apparatus which is equipped with a deposition element such as a target electrode in the inside of a depositing chamber. A body portion and a cover member are primarily molded by the movable mold and the slide mold. The molds are opened while the body portion being left in the movable mold and while cover member being left in slide mold. The body portion left in the movable mold is deposited in the molds with its inner surface being covered with the depositing chamber. Next, the slide mold is driven so that the cover member may be registered with the deposited body portion. Then, a secondary molding resin is injected to integrate the body portion and the cover member.

摘要： The present invention provides a channel housing comprising curving channels whereby complex and varied channels can be compactly contained.Plural curving channels that must be connected to plural valves, for example, are formed by partitioning walls forming curving channels inside a pair of symmetrical housing halves, which are then bonded together to form the complex channel system.The housing halves may be joined by welding or adhesive bonding. To improve the bonding strength, a pair of opposing channel members is provided along the length of the contacting members that are welded or bonded. The cavity formed by the opposing channel members D, D is then filled with an adhesive resin M to integrate the two halves.

摘要： First and second semi-finished molded articles and a third semi-finished molded article are molded simultaneously so as to have joint end faces by using a slide die, a fixed die, and first and second slide cores fitted to the fixed die. The slide die with the third semi-finished molded article remaining thereon is moved toward the first and second slide cores, and their respective joint end faces are registered. Heating surfaces are inserted between the joint end faces. After melting the joint end faces, the heating surfaces are retracted, and the molding device is closed to weld the joint end faces.
