    • Although a door locking handle assembly is small as a whole in thickness in construction, it permits, through its computerized personal management system, a large number of persons or users to have easily and quickly access to their instruments contained in a box provided with the door locking handle assembly. In this assembly, a combination lock (19), which is opened by turning each of a set of its specially marked dial discs (22) a given number of times to establish a unique combination of marks of the dial discs (22), is incorporated in a door handle (13) or in a base body (1). In operation, a locking member (24) of the assembly prevents the door handle (13) from being pulled out of the base body (1), and is driven to reach its unlocked position when the combination lock (19) is opened.

    • A handle assembly of thin type permits through a computerized personal management system a plurality of persons to have easily access to instruments in a box with the handle assembly in which: a combination lock (6); opened by turning each of its dial discs (4) a given number of times to establish a combination of marks of the discs, is incorporated in a handle (2) and disposed adjacent to a cylinder lock (2) in the handle; and, a plate (11), interlocked with a rotor (8) of the lock (2), engages with a shoulder (15) of a lever (16) pivoted to a body (1), so that the handle is held in its folded position. When the lock (6) is held in its unlocked condition and the handle (2) is pulled, the lever (16) is swung upward by the plate (11) to release the handle (2) from the body (1).

    • In a door lock handle assembly of pull-out and side-swinging lever-action type, an operating handle is released from its retracted position without fail upon receipt of an unlocking signal issued from a site remote from the handle assembly, and is automatically locked again to the retracted position when pushed back into the retracted position. A solenoid (12) is fixedly mounted on a rear surface of a housing (2). A latch portion (7) is formed in a receiving lever plate (13) pivoted to the housing (2). The solenoid (12) has its plunger (14) pivoted to the lever plate (13) which is rotatably biased by a spring (15) in the direction in which the lever plate (13) is engaged with a stopper plate (8). When the solenoid (12) is energized, the lever plate (13) is pulled back to have the latch portion (7) disengaged from the stopper plate (8).

    • In the handle assembly, a combination lock (6) is opened by turning each dial discs (4) a given number of times to establish a combination of marks on the discs, and is incorporated in a handle (2) and disposed adjacent to a cylinder lock (13) in the handle. A receiver lever (16) pivoted on a base body (1), is controlled by a lock plate (5). A stopping plate (11), interlocked with a rotor (8) of the cylinder lock (13), engages receiver lever (16) pivoted to the base body (1), so that the handle (2) is held in its folded position. When the combination lock (6) is in its unlocked condition and the handle (2) is pulled, the receiver lever (16) is swung upward by the stopping plate (11) to release handle (2) from the base body (1). A plurality of slots (68) are formed on a bottom surface of a dent portion (100) of the handle (2). An outer peripheral portion of each of the dial discs (4) projects into the dent portion (100) through the slot (68) so that an outer peripheral surface of the dial disc (4) is set back from a virtual extension plate of the front surface (2a) of the handle (2). The handle assembly is attached to a door (30) front side having an opening (32) into which the base body (1) is fitted and retained by a pivoted fastening stopper (80) actuated by set screw (82) fixing arrangement.
