摘要： To provide a display method capable of displaying the original power saving effect if a monitoring display of the power saving effect is not made when the monitoring display of the power saving effect is made. When a selecting operation of selecting a position in the displayed representative image is accepted, a selecting unit (240) selects a recording position of the moving image on the basis of the selected position. A display control unit (250) plays the moving image, starting from the selected recording position of the moving image. Accordingly, a desired moving image can be quickly retrieved when captured moving images are browsed. Also, a desired frame can be quickly retrieved from the retrieved moving image.
