摘要： A method of estimating temperature of a catalyst associated with a cylinder bank of a multi-displacement internal combustion engine having multiple cylinder banks associated with multiple catalysts. A temperature estimate of the catalysts associated with the multiple cylinder banks is set substantially equal to a base model temperature. Deactivation of a cylinder bank of the multiple cylinder banks is determined, and a catalyst cooldown correction is identified for the catalyst associated with the deactivated cylinder bank from a catalyst cooldown model including time elapsed since deactivation of the cylinder bank. The catalyst cooldown correction is applied to the temperature estimate of the catalyst associated with the deactivated cylinder bank to update the temperature estimate of the catalyst.

摘要： A cleanser is provided comprising a glycerin based mixture which may have been aerated. The aerated mixture may be combined with a selected fragrance and a selected colorant. The selected fragrance and colorant may correspond to a food product such as a vegetable, fruit, ice cream or the like. Moreover, first and second aerated mixtures may be extruded out of a funnel simultaneously into a rotating container to impart a swirl configuration on the mixtures filling the container. The aerated cleanser may be combined with real food products such as vegetable and fruits. Lastly, the aerated cleanser of the present invention may be formed into a scooped ice cream shape by scooping the same with an ice cream scoop.

摘要： A decorative candle comprising a container that defines an interior chamber. Disposed within the interior chamber is a candle core sized relative to the container such that a cavity is formed between the candle core and the container. At least one component is disposed within the cavity in abutting contact with the candle core and the container. The component is encapsulated by a mixture that has a melting point lower than the candle core and the component such that neither the candle core nor the component melt when the molten mixture is poured within the cavity. In the preferred embodiment of the present invention, the candle core is a paraffin wax candle core and the mixture is a paraffin/petrolatum mixture. Furthermore, the component may be a gelatinous component formed from a mineral oil gel.
