摘要： An information processing apparatus includes an entrance and exit detection module, an organization information obtaining module, a user number calculation module, a seat determination module and a presentation module. The entrance and exit detection module detects a user's entrance and exit to and from a room. The organization information obtaining module obtains user information representative of a user belonging to an organization using the room by using organization user information storing organization information representative of the organization and the user information representative of the user belonging to the organization. The user number calculation module calculates the number of users of the organization using the room. The seat determination module associates with each other the organization information representative of the organization and seat information representative of seats in the room, and determines a seat for the user whose entrance is detected. The presentation module presents the determined seat.

摘要： An information processing apparatus includes a reception module, a determination module, a required information conveyance amount extraction module, an actual information conveyance amount extraction module, and a presentation module. The reception module receives business contents of a subject business. The determination module determines whether the subject business is irregular business by comparing the business contents with predetermined regular business contents. The required information conveyance amount extraction module extracts a required information conveyance amount required to perform the irregular business from attribute information conveyance amount correspondence information when it is determined by the determination module that the business contents is the irregular business. The actual information conveyance amount extraction module extracts an actual information conveyance amount of a person who performs the subject business based on activity information of the person. The presentation module presents guidance by comparing the required information conveyance amount with the actual information conveyance amount.
