This invention enables several users of a provider such as doctors and nurses to send one-way real time messages about the progress of a procedure to multiple recipients. As sessions are identified by a random key, users are not required to divulge personal information or set up accounts to access the system. When new messages are posted to a session, users may optionally choose to be notified by text messages or emails. Messages are selected from templates that are specific to the provider. Messages may be sent from and received on multiple network connected computers, laptops, mobile ort medical devices at the same time.

摘要： Methods and pharmaceutical compositions for providing neuroprotection to the animal central nervous system against the effects of ischemia, and neurodegeneration. Patients at risk for certain diseases or disorders that are associated with cerebral ischemia may benefit, e.g., those at risk for Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, Wilson's disease or stroke or those patients having head or spinal cord injury. Patients undergoing certain medical procedures that may result in ischemia may also benefit. Initially, the possibility of ischemia or neurodegeneration is recognized. Intranasal therapeutic agents are administered to the upper third of the nasal cavity to bypass the blood-brain barrier and access the central nervous system directly to avoid unwanted and potentially lethal side effects. Therapeutic agents include those substances that interact with iron and/or copper such as iron chelators and copper chelators. A particular example of such therapeutic agents is the iron chelator deferoxamine (DFO). Intranasal administration of DFO provides an effective method for pre-conditioning the brain to protect against cerebral ischemia.

The present system may be part of a software platform for providing television content to subscribers via a broadband IP network service provider such as a telephone company. For situations where a content owner has made deferred rights to television content available, the present system employs a deferred rights management software application program for affecting the download and storage of restricted content to subscribers. The restricted content is downloaded to subscribers in an encrypted format, and remains locked and unusable by subscribers as long as the license restrictions last. When the license restrictions are lifted, the SMS 116 transmits decryption keys allowing decryption and viewing of the content.

摘要： A gerotor and bearing apparatus for a whirling mass orbital vibrator which generates vibration in a borehole. The apparatus includes a gerotor with an inner gear rotated by a shaft having one less lobe than an outer gear. A whirling mass is attached to the shaft. At least one bearing is attached to the shaft so that the bearing engages at least one sleeve. A mechanism is provided to rotate the inner gear, the mass and the bearing in a selected rotational direction in order to cause the mass, the inner gear, and the bearing to backwards whirl in an opposite rotational direction. The backwards whirling mass creates seismic vibrations.
