    • The present invention is an attachment device and a method for fastening and removing an electrical cable monitoring instrument to an electrical cable. The attachment device comprises monitoring instrument sensor with opening for positioning electrical cable such that said electrical cable can be positioned to pass through the sensitive volume at least partially surrounded by said sensor, at least one elongated elastic member securely attached to said cable monitoring instrument such that, when elastically deformed to a shape characterized by high mechanical energy such that deformed elastic member allows said electrical cable access to and from the sensitive volume at least partially surrounded by said monitoring instruments sensor. The elongated elastic member, when relaxed to the a shape characterized by lower mechanical energy than high mechanical energy shape, with the electrical cable positioned to pass through sensitive volume, applies elastic force to the electrical cable to hold the electrical cable passing through the sensitive volume firmly and securely in contact with the cable monitoring instrument with no relative motion.

    • A printed broadband rf transmission line circuit is provided with a D.C. bias port in the form of a high impedance printed stub conductor connected between a ground point and the transmission line. Minimum attenuation of a broadband rf signal on the line is achieved by including in the transmission line a plurality of series-connected conductor segments having different line length and impedance values such that the transmission line and stub conductor configuration are tuned to provide a maximum voltage transmission coefficient across the D.C. bias port. The parameters for the series-connected transmission line segments and the stub conductor are selected by performing a computer optimization of the chain matrix equivalent expression of the voltage transmission coefficient for the series-connected transmission line segments together with the stub conductor.

    • A carton for containing a product. The carton comprises a plurality of panels that extends at least partially around an interior of the carton. The plurality of panels comprises a first end panel, a first side panel, a second end panel, and a second side panel. At least one top flap can be respectively foldably connected to a respective panel of the plurality of panels. The at least one top flap comprises at least an end top flap foldably connected to the second end panel.
