摘要： An embodiment of the invention is directed to coolant flow control apparatus, in association with a liquid flow through heat exchanger situated to cool one or more electronic or other device. The apparatus comprises a first input channel for carrying liquid coolant to a first input of the heat exchanger, and further comprises a flow control device positioned along a flow path that includes the first input channel. The flow control device is provided with a gating element supported for selected movement across the flow path, in order to selectively vary the amount of coolant moving through the flow path. The apparatus further include an actuator located in the flow control device that comprises a metal component which is directly tied to the gating element, wherein the metal component changes its shape in response to specified changes in coolant temperature, and a given change in the shape of the metal component acts to selectively move the gating element with respect to the flow path.

摘要： A method of forming integrated circuit structures, such as capacitors and conductive plugs, within contact openings formed in a photosensitive silicone ladder polymer (PVSQ) is disclosed. Contact openings with reduced striations and CD loss are formed in a photosensitive silicone ladder polymer (PVSQ) layer by patterning the PVSQ film employing a photomask with a predefined pattern, exposing the PVSQ film to i-line, developing the exposed PVSQ film in a mixture of anisole/xylene in a ratio of about 1:2 for about 30 seconds, and subsequently optionally annealing the undeveloped PVSQ film at a temperature of about 300° C. to about 600° C.

The crown is attached to a separate skirt by the use of a wrist pin, wherein the skirt is made of ferrous or non-ferrous materials by casting or other means.

The method includes subjecting the chrome-containing layer of a photomask to a wet etch process utilizing a solution comprising deionized water and ozone. The length of exposure is directly proportional to the degree of adjustment desired. Accordingly, the method of the present invention provides a way in which dimensions of a photomask may be adjusted by a small amount (e.g., a few angstroms) or more severely adjusted, for example, by 20-30 nanometers or more.

摘要： A method for adjusting one or more dimensions of a photomask subsequent to etching of a defective pattern in the chrome-containing layer thereof. 摘要： A method and apparatus for embossing the sidewalls of heavy gauge sheet metal containers involves clamping over a top edge of an opening into the container using a press carrying complementary embossing dies. The clamping apparatus can be a portable punch press having opposite members on a solid C-shaped frame, one being movable by a hydraulic drive cylinder to bear against the other. The die set coupled to the clamping apparatus has opposite protrusions and depressions representing an indicia to be embossed on the container, such as a trademark, symbol, owner's name or other indicia. In one embodiment the container is a dumping refuse container with an opening edge reinforced by a frame. The press has an opening throat that spaces the dies sufficiently that the clamping apparatus can be clamped over the reinforced edge to space the point of deformation of the sheet metal from the edge of the opening. The die set can form raised characters, a bas relief or another shape, the disclosed example being an externally raised logo, e.g., about 0.125 inch high and formed over an area of about four by seven inches using a 50 ton press.
