摘要： A PC computer monitors the energy consumed at a plurality of local stations placed behind the electrical meter of the utility company for individual billing of the local users, a bidirectional communication line being used between the PC computer and the plurality of local stations. A command from the PC computer causes the totalized energy to be stored at each station, and thereafter the PC computer derives individually the results for separate energy estimations and central billing.

摘要： A slide and swing chassis assembly for electronic equipment which can be slid from an enclosure and swung to one side to permit complete access to equipment on the chassis, as well as equipment at the rear of the enclosure. The chassis assembly has a pair of chassis side frames which slide along slide members within the enclosure, one of the side frames having a pivotal slide plate attached to the rear portion which is pivotal from a closed position at the rear of the chassis to an extended position parallel with the side frame, such that the chassis may be slid from the enclosure along the slide members, and swung to one side while supported by the slide plate. A stop means is provided to move the slide plate from closed to extended position, and a restraining means is provided to prevent unintentional complete removal of the chassis and slide plate from the enclosure, with biasing means provided to also assist in moving the slide plate to closed position as well as in biasing the chassis to sideward position when swung on the pivoting means to the side of the enclosure.

摘要： A weed guard serving the plural hooks of a conventional treble or ''''gang'''' hook comprising a flexible, normally planiform disc of a thin plastic sheet material. The disc has a diameter greater by a predetermined small amount than that of the radial extent of the hook points, a central hole for the passage therethrough of the shank or shaft of the treble hook of a size which enables the disc to ride more or less loosely up and down said shank, and an outer-edge portion which is highly flexible and readily penetrable by any one or all of the hook points on which the disc normally rests and seats as the lure following a cast is being retrieved. The outer-edge portion has a multiplicity of closely spaced short-length slits which extend non-radially from its outer edge a short distance into the body portion of said disc and its body portion is provided with a preferably non-radial cut extending from its outer edge to the edge of its aforesaid central hole. The disc is then sealed closed about the hook shank or shaft by an adhesive element.
