In one embodiment, the system comprises one or more site databases that each store data generated by an associated one or more semiconductor fabrication plants, a configuration database, and a server communicatively coupled to the one or more site databases and the configuration database, the server to analyze the data from the one or more site databases upon a request by a client, the data to be analyzed based on configuration settings in the configuration database that provide uniform configuration synchronization for applying algorithms to the data. 摘要： Methods and systems are provided for improving the repair efficacy of a repair action using inferred feedback. The method comprises downloading a repair procedure, which has a probability of success for correcting the fault code. Repair action data is input into to the computing device and is tracked and correlated with the downloaded procedure. The method then adjusts a probability of success of the repair procedure in clearing the fault code generated by the complex system based at least on the correlation. The system comprises a means for receiving repair data, a means for tracking repair action data taken, a means for correlating the tracked repair action and the repair data, and a means for updating a probability of success of the repair action based at least in part on the correlation of the repair data, the repair action data and the operating status of the complex system.

摘要： A seal assembly for a rotary machine is provided. The seal assembly includes multiple sealing device segments disposed circumferentially intermediate to a stationary housing and a rotor. Each of the segments includes a shoe plate with a forward-shoe section and an aft-shoe section having one or more labyrinth teeth therebetween facing the rotor. The sealing device includes a stator interface element having a groove or slot for allowing disposal of a spline seal for preventing segment leakages. The sealing device segment also includes multiple bellow springs or flexures connected to the shoe plate and to the stator interface element. Further, the sealing device segments include a secondary seal integrated with the stator interface element at one end and positioned about the multiple bellow springs or flexures and the shoe plate at the other end.
