摘要： The invention is directed to 6-(4-pyrimidinyl)-1H-indazole derivatives. Specifically, the invention is directed to compounds according to Formula (I) wherein R1-R4 are defined herein. The compounds of the invention axe inhibitors of PDK1 and can be useful in the treatment of immune and metabolic diseases and disorders characterized by constitutively activated ACG kinases such as cancer and more specifically cancers of the breast, colon, and lung. Accordingly, the invention is further directed to pharmaceutical compositions comprising a compound of the invention. The invention is still further directed to methods of inhibiting PDK1 activity and treatment of disorders associated therewith using a compound of the invention or a pharmaceutical composition comprising a compound of the invention.

摘要： One exemplary embodiment can be an apparatus for treating a hydrocarbon stream having one or more compounds with a boiling point of about 140-about 450° C. The apparatus can include an extraction zone and a regeneration zone. The extraction zone can include at least one settler. Each settler can have a height and a length. Typically the length is greater than the height. Also, the settler can form a boot, which can be adapted to receive a feed at one end. The regeneration zone may include a regenerator for an ionic liquid. The regenerator can include a column adapted to provide a regenerated ionic liquid to the extraction zone.

摘要： A cable preload system and device for providing an axial force to the control cable and sealing the control cable against contamination. The pre-load apparatus includes a braze-on, a cable connector, a resilient tubular member and a frame connector. The cable connector attaches one end of the tubular member to the control cable to form a static seal about the control cable. The frame connector attaches the other end of the tubular member to the frame. The tubular member is adapted to stretch between a first configuration and a second configuration to pre-load the control cable.

The heater may provide a second reduced amount of heat when the heater reaches a selected temperature, or enters a selected temperature range, at which the ferromagnetic conductor undergoes a phase transformation.

摘要： An air purifier includes a housing having an air inlet, an air outlet and an airflow path therethrough. The housing has a top, a bottom and a plurality of sides. An air filter is located within the housing in the airflow path and a motor is located within the housing. The motor includes a motor shaft and a fan is on the motor shaft for urging air into the air inlet, through the airflow path and out of the air outlet. A cover is removably mounted to the housing proximate the air inlet and a base is removably mounted to the housing. The air purifier is positionable in one of a vertical operating orientation when the weight of the housing is supported by the base and a horizontal operating orientation when the weight of the housing is supported by one of the sides of the housing.

摘要： A toaster for heating a food stuff to a selected shade, includes a housing having at least one wall, at least one heating chamber within the housing for receiving the food stuff to be heated and at least one heating element for heating the food stuff in the heating chamber. A window is provided in the wall and a control knob is provided for controlling the time period that the food stuff is heated. The control knob is rotatable between a first end position at which the food stuff is heated for a short time period to provide a light food stuff shade, a second end position at which the food stuff is heated for a long time period to provide a dark food stuff shade and a plurality of intermediary positions between the first and second end positions it which the food stuff is heated for a selected time period between the short and long time periods to provide a food stuff shade between light and dark. A visual shade scale includes shades ranging from a light shade at a first end of the scale to a dark shade at a second end of the scale with increasingly darker shades when moving from the first end to the second end of the scale. The shade scale is movable with respect to the window by rotation of the control knob so that the shade of the scale which is aligned for display through the window corresponds to the expected food stuff shade after heating the food stuff for the selected time period.
