摘要： An anti-pounding device is provided to prevent the relative movement generated by waves to be transmitted to a tool. A system of pulleys is arranged on a carriage that is fixed to a guide path. A power winch is connected through a pulley to the carriage and accordingly, to a suspended tool to eliminate the relative movement of the boat. The arrangement of pulleys with a movable support can be connected to a tower or crane in a similar fashion with a compensation bar.

The edge of the platform forms a circular, toric, lateral guide track, and a lock chamber for entering the enclosure is positioned above the platform. A submarine rides up the ramp on skis until vertical axle wheels in its stern engage the guide track. Wheels are then lowered from the skis and the submarine is maneuvered on the platform until its lock chamber is aligned with and joined to the lock chamber of the enclosure.

The apparatus eliminates leakage caused by the presence of marine concretions on the outer surface of the anchored enclosure. The mobile enclosure comprises a pipe whose open end, having a sealing joint on its periphery, is applied around the opening of the fixed enclosure. The pumping of water from the pipe creates a pressure differential which forces the mobile enclosure into tight engagement with the anchored enclosure. At the periphery of the pipe, the mobile enclosure further comprises an annular chamber defined by two circular knives connected by a flexible membrane, one of the knives having a lip joint on its outer side, and the other having an inflatable joint on its inner side, with a third circular knife positioned within the inflatable joint.
