摘要： A medical device and/or a method are used by a rescuer who is caring for a patient. The depth of CPR chest compressions is determined, by detecting magnetic fields. An interference is sensed, which is not associated with the CPR chest compressions, but which is superimposed on the detected magnetic fields. Appropriate countermeasures may be taken, if the sensed interference is larger than a threshold.

The gas turbine includes a compression stage, a combustion stage and a driveshaft. The blow-off valve assembly is configured to selectively provide fluid communication between the combustion stage and the flue gas exhaust stage. The control system includes a controller configured to output a signal causing the blow-off valve assembly to provide the fluid communication in response to a sudden de-loading of the gas turbine.

摘要： In a method of operating a gas turbine during shut down, the gas turbine is decelerated and closure of compressor inlet guide vanes (1) is initiated at a shaft speed at least 5% above the shaft speed where a vibration peak occurs. The compressor inlet guide vanes (1) are closed by an angle in the range from 15°-35°, preferably at a rate between 5° and 10° per second. The method effects a reduction of the risk of rotational stall.

Vibrationally-induced rubbing through of the wall is inhibited or prevented by the frictional surface between the wall (25) and the sealing strips (23) being markedly enlarged with respect to the end face (22) of the sealing strip (23).

摘要： In a sealing arrangement, in particular for the blade segments of gas turbines, two bodies, with two end faces which extend along a longitudinal axis, adjoin one another while forming a gap, the width of which can vary between zero and a maximum width. The gap is covered by a sealing strip which lies transversely to the gap, extends along the longitudinal axis and is mounted with clearance in two opposite grooves of a predetermined depth. In such a sealing arrangement, an increased maximum width of the gap is made possible by the sealing strip having a basic width transversely to the longitudinal axis, this basic width being less than or equal to twice the depth of the grooves, and by the sealing strip having additional means which prevent the sealing strip from slipping out of the grooves if the sum of the maximum width of the gap and the depth of the grooves is greater than or equal to the basic width of the sealing strip.

摘要： An ejector pump for a delivery unit provided in a fuel tank of a motor vehicle has a nozzle produced integrally with a mixing tube. The mixing tube is shaped in the form of a tubular cylinder, so that virtually the entire ejector pump may be produced from plastic in a mold allowing axial demolding. The nozzle is therefore aligned,exactly with respect to the mixing tube. The ejector pump consequently has a particularly high efficiency.
