A draining device drains the wastewater in the tank member to the circular pipe. 摘要： A base material for electrophotography is produced by stacking a base paper, a water-based adhesive layer constituted by water-soluble or water-dispersible adhesive containing 3 to 5 g/m2 of solids, a metal layer, and a polyamide resin layer, in this order. The base material that uses adhesive does not wrinkle when laminated, has sufficient metallic gloss through a metal deposition layer, ensures that electrophotographic printing is implemented in a reliable manner, and allows for easy separation/collection of each layer when the used sheets are collected and recycled.

Besides, a solid fiber mulching mat of a non-woody fiber is disclosed. The fiber mulching mat can be used in farms for protecting the weeds and used in mountainside land for preventing soil collapse. Also the fiber mulching mat can be used in arid area for decreasing water evaporation and preventing desertification and dust storm.
