摘要： An exterior wall system includes a pair of split vertical members. A front-load bay is defined between the pair of split vertical members. The front-load bay includes a horizontal member disposed along a bottom edge of the front-load bay. Each split vertical member includes a removable portion coupled to a vertical edge of the front-load bay and a fixed portion coupled to an adjacent section of the exterior wall system. The removable portion may be selectively coupled to the fixed portion to facilitate assembly of the front-load bay to the adjacent section of the exterior wall system. A sill starter is disposed horizontally between the pair of split vertical members below the front-load bay. The horizontal member engages with the sill starter to facilitate support of the front-load bay.

The driving wedge is attachable to a sliding door assembly of the sliding door system and includes a second braking surface. In the disengaged configuration, the driving wedge is disengaged from the receiver, and, in the engaged configuration, the second braking surface frictionally engages the first braking surface.

The plug is sized to occupy a gap formed in the junction between the horizontal member and the vertical mullion of the curtain wall. The rabbet and the plurality of chamfers form a plurality of large crevices between the plug, the horizontal member, and the vertical mullion. The large crevices allow penetration of a sealant therein.

The structural component interconnect assembly includes a first component adapted for interconnection with a second component. A connection component is adapted for securing the first component and the second component together in a secured interconnection. The connection component includes at least two flanges spaced from each other by a first distance. The first component includes a mating surface having at least two slots formed therein and spaced one from another by the first distance. The second component includes a first surface and a second surface spaced one from the other by a distance on the order of the first distance. 摘要： A curtain-wall anchor includes a back member having a first arcuate slotted aperture and a second aperture formed therein. The first arcuate slotted aperture receives a first mounting bolt and the second aperture receives a second mounting bolt. A first plurality of vertically-oriented ridges are formed in the back member proximate the first arcuate slotted aperture and the second aperture. A first locking washer is received onto the first mounting bolt. The first locking washer includes a second plurality of vertically-oriented ridges that are complementary to the first plurality of vertically-oriented ridges formed in the back member. The first arcuate slotted aperture facilitates angular adjustment of the back member. Engagement of the second plurality of vertically-oriented ridges with the first plurality of vertically-oriented ridges facilitates securement of the back member in a select angular position.
