摘要： The invention provides a battery management system which can reliably and easily manage a power unit of an electric vehicle. The power unit includes a plurality of battery modules. The battery management system includes: a power source for a motor, the power source being constituted by a plurality of battery modules having battery cells; battery module status sensors mounted on the battery modules on the one to one basis, detecting voltages and temperatures of the battery modules; and a control unit judging statuses of the battery modules on the basis of data detected by the battery module status sensors. The battery module status sensors are mutually connected in series by a communication line for transmitting numbering data, and each battery module status sensor assigning itself with an ID code on the basis of ID information received from an upstream battery module status sensor, and transmitting the ID information as well as the ID code to a downstream battery module status sensor. The control unit is connected to the battery module status sensors via the communication line for transmitting the numbering data and a communication line for transmitting various data except for the numbering data, and locates an abnormal battery module on the basis of detection information received via the communication line for transmitting the numbering data and the communication line for transmitting various data except for the numbering data.

摘要： The objective is to incarcerate a Lewis acid metal in a polymer and to make this catalyst recoverable while maintaining its function as a Lewis acid metal catalyst. The present invention is a polymer-incarcerated Lewis acid metal catalyst in which a Lewis acid metal is incarcerated in a crosslinked polymer and the crosslinked polymer is crosslinked using the crosslinking groups contained in a crosslinkable polymer. The polymer incarcerated Lewis acid metal catalyst is characterized by the crosslinkable polymer containing at least one type of monomer unit containing hydrophobic substituents and hydrophilic substituents containing crosslinking groups, and the hydrophobic substituents contain aromatic substituents. This crosslinkable polymer preferably comprises at least one type of monomer unit containing hydrophobic substituents and hydrophilic substituents containing crosslinking groups and a monomer unit containing hydrophobic substituents. This catalyst can be obtained by subjecting a polymer micelle incarcerated Lewis acid metal obtained by mixing an organic solution containing a crosslinkable polymer and a Lewis acid metal with a bad solvent to a crosslinking reaction. This catalyst is useful as a catalyst in aldol reactions, cyanolation reactions, allylation reactions, Michael reactions, Mannich reactions, Diels Alder reactions and Friedel Crafts reactions.

摘要： An interface between a data terminal and a digital communications link implements protocols and frame formats designed to reduce delays in a data communication with a remote terminal. The interface overcomes the need to send or receive an HDLC SABME or UA control signal for establishing an asynchronous balanced mode, and allows data to be sent over the digital communications link as soon as the communication parameters are established. In a non-ARQ (error correction) mode, the interface sends control signals and data over the communications link in frames subdivided into many small subframes of fixed length, each subframe having a length code indicating an amount of valid information but without CRC, address or control information. The interface, when arranged for connection to the data terminal through a telephone network, encodes call progress signals from the telephone network for sending over the digital communications link. The interface encodes and decodes interrupt signals for sending between the data terminal and the digital communications link when an interrupt signal is detected.
