摘要： A heat dissipation device is provided in the present disclosure, where the heat dissipation device includes a hollow heat-sink base and a set of fluid tube. The fluid tube is inserted in the heat-sink base, and a cooling medium circulates in the fluid tube. The heat-sink base includes a heat absorption area configured to absorb heat. A cooling fluid, received in the heat-sink base, may be vaporized at the heat absorption area to absorb the heat taken by the heat absorption area, and condensed at a position that is inside the heat-sink base and away from the heat absorption area and on the fluid tube to release the absorbed heat.

摘要： A container-type data center, including a container, at least three rows of cabinets, and data processing devices, is provided. The data processing devices are disposed in the cabinets. The at least three rows of the cabinets are disposed in parallel and perpendicular to a long edge of the container. Two neighboring rows of the cabinets of the at least three rows of the cabinets are back-against-back disposed or disposed at intervals, in which when the two neighboring rows of the cabinets are disposed at intervals, a maintenance channel is formed from the space between the two neighboring rows of the cabinets. As the at least three rows of the cabinets are disposed in parallel and perpendicular to the long edge of the container, the cabinets of each row are not limited to a width of the container in a width direction, and a cabinet with a large size can be integrated, thereby improving an integration level of the container.

摘要： A container-type data center is provided in embodiments of the present invention, including a container, cabinets, computing devices, and cooling devices. The cabinets are arranged in rows inside the container. The computing devices are set inside the cabinets. Air enters from one side of each of the cabinets and exhausts from another side to form left-to-right air vents. The left-to-right air vents are connected in series. In the series air vents of the cabinets, multiple cooling devices are set. In the container, a maintenance passage is formed for maintaining the cabinets. Maintenance planes of the cabinets face the maintenance passage. In the embodiments of the present invention, the air enters from one side of each of the cabinets and exhausts from the other side to form the left-to-right air vents, and the maintenance planes of the cabinets face the maintenance passage. In this way, the maintenance convenience is greatly improved.
