    • The present invention provides a method and system apparatus for mass production of vegetable substitute milk by combining nutritional components and health functional components of cereals including quinoa, amaranth, or soybean in order to solve side effects occurring since a human beings consumes cow's milk used for the rapid growth of calves.More specially, the present invention provides a method and system apparatus wherein, in order to solve the problem in which a chemical emulsifying agent has to be added for the emulsification between purified water and an oil component of a material, including quinoa, amaranth, or soybean when the material is prepared into a milk form of liquid, the material is diffused and then finely pulverized by a nano-pulverizing unit, thereby mass-producing pure vegetable milk substitute, which is as soft as milk, through the molecular binding between nanoparticles of the material and water molecules of the purified water without adding any chemical agent.In addition, the present invention provides a technology of manufacturing a pure vegetable substitute milk, in which nutritional components and functional components of cereals including quinoa, amaranth, or soybeans, are combined to design and mass-produce pure vegetable substitute milk, which contains nutritional components and functional components and is most ideal for human health through molecular binding between nanoparticles of each material and water molecules of purified water, thereby solving the side effects due to existing cow's milk and contributing to the promotion of human health.

    • This invention is related to the method and system apparatus for installing large scale solar cell panels on mountain slopes. More specifically, because the existing method of installing solar cell modules above ground requires a broad land area and has the problem of the impossibility of constructing solar photovoltaic power stations that can replace nuclear power plants in a nation with limited land area, this invention is providing the effective method of constructing large scale photovoltaic power generation station and application system apparatus therein that increases the land-use efficiency by providing the system apparatus and method for tiered installation of several solar cell panels in top-to-bottom vertical direction using abandoned mountain slopes. In addition, this invention provides technology that improves the lifespan of photovoltaic power generation system semi-permanently by panel replacement and simple maintenance of panels by hoisting up or down with a motor winch through rails for installation and disassembling of the system thereof. Thus, this invention provides the most economic solution to build a solar power station utilizing mountain slop, safe against strong wind by connecting 4 axes of panels with rails, and that improves the sunlight collection efficiency based on arbitrary variation of reflecting plane of each frame by 360 degrees with a length variable connection tool between each corner of solar cell panel frames and rails.

    • A method for manufacturing whole soy milk by sterilizing raw beans with the bean skins by heating in a heating chamber, transforming the starch into soluble dextrin, and then grinding the beans into an ultra-fine particle to be manufactured into whole soy milk. When the starch is transformed into dextrin by means of the above-described method, whole soy milk which is as smooth as bovine milk can be manufactured, said whole soy milk being easier to digest and having an excellent taste and flavor due to the removal of the inherent fishy taste and grassy flavor or “stink’ of the beans. By using the entire bean the problem of waste generated in traditional soy milk manufacturing processes is resolved, and soy milk yield is greatly improved. Further, a method is provided for manufacturing whole black soybean milk utilizing the quality anticancer ingredients found in the black bean skins.
