摘要： A guide for passing a tie-down band underneath a pallet. The guide includes a guide body having a pair of spaced apart slotted holes passing there through. One end of a tie-down band is passed through one of the slotted holes and is looped around and passed through the second slotted hole to securely hold the band within the guide body. An elongated handle is threaded into the back of the guide body. The handle is of sufficient length such that it can be used to pass the guide body underneath a pallet of a given length.

These presentations may comprise advertising or text or other information entered by the user and associated with a specific location or locations. The navigation system also provides a removable media reader which obtains additional information based upon which the navigation system operates. This additional information may include multimedia annotations which are location-based. The navigation system further includes a wireless communication system which interacts with and provides further location-based multimedia annotations.

摘要： Apparatus for converting a semi-automatic weapon into a single shot weapon. In one embodiment, the lower receiver of the weapon is replaced by a lower receiver that has no magazine well. The replacement receiver contains a loading block that can be loaded through the ejection chamber of the weapon. A spring biased plunger is provided in the replacement receiver for moving the bolt catch into a holding position when the bolt is moved into a battery position. In a second embodiment of the invention a dummy magazine is permanently secured in the magazine well and contains a loading block that can be loaded with a cartridge through the ejection port of the weapon. A spring biased plunger is mounted in the dummy magazine behind the loading block that is arranged to bias the bolt catch of the weapon into a bolt retaining position when the bolt is in a battery position.

摘要： A semi-automatic weapon having a magazine well in the receiver section thereof. The well has opposed side walls and end walls to describe a box like enclosure for receiving a cartridge magazine. A bottom wall is also provided which guides the magazine vertically into the well. An opening is formed in one of the side walls that has a geometry that limits the size and shape and thus the capacity of a magazine that can be inserted through the opening into the well.
