摘要： A wiping material dispenser in the form of a spool from which the material can be unwound in a strip. The dispenser includes a housing and a cutting system for cutting the strip pulled manually by a user. The cutting system includes a flexible blade and at least one tooth mounted on a front side of the housing. The flexible blade includes at least one slot positioned opposite the at least one tooth. The flexible blade can be deformed under the pressure of the strip, when a user pulls on the strip from the front side of the housing, so that the at least one tooth protrudes through the at least one slot, comes into contact with the strip pressed onto the flexible blade and tears the strip at a pre-cut line.

The flap and the cover having a plurality of opposite pairs of complementary shapes able to fit into each other after the cover is closed, a material strip able to be unwound between the flap and the inner wall of the cover. The complementary shapes are undulated shapes on the flap and the inner portion of the cover respectively, and form successive alternating convex and hollow shapes. One of the undulated shapes, transversely has a hollow cavity with a curvilinear profile near its end. The cavity is bordered by an undulated end shape having the same curvature as the undulations formed. The end shape is adjacent to the cavity forming in its inner side a stop zone.

The inner face of the cover has a protruding curved member. A device, articulated relative to the housing, fulfils the functions of loading, guiding and preventing creasing of the pre-cut strip of material which is pulled so that it can be removed from the forward, lower part of the machine. The device includes a raised curved element surrounding the member on the cover when the cover is closed. The element and member being concentric and leaving room for the pulled pre-cut strip of material to pass through. The pre-cut wipe material is wound on a reel or accordion pleated, and the lower part of the machine includes, at the point where the material emerges, opposite-facing limit stops.
