    • Electromagnetic relay including an insulating base housing, an operating electromagnet arranged on the base housing and a case covering the base housing and electromagnet. A movable contact and a fixed contact are attached to the base housing. The electromagnet includes a flat-plate-form yoke, a winding frame and an armature. The base housing includes a protrusion protruding upward in a vicinity of a first leg of the yoke. The winding frame includes an extension extending from a winding body on a side of the first leg, and which has an upper portion positioned at least above the first leg. The upper portion includes a recess which extends parallel to a direction of extension of the body of the yoke. The armature has a projection protruding upward on the upper end of the pivoting shaft. The projection is positioned inside a space defined by the recess of the winding frame and the protrusion of the base housing. With such a construction, pivoting of the armature is not affected by dimensional error or deformation of the base housing or the case.

    • Electromagnetic relay having an increased insulating distance between a primary side circuit consisting of an excitation coil and an armature and a secondary side circuit consisting of a movable contact and a fixed contact, so that the withstand voltage of the relay is increased in comparison to prior art electromagnetic relays. The electromagnetic relay includes a base housing having a first insulating wall extending between the excitation coil and the armature, and a second insulating wall separating the movable and fixed contacts and the armature. An operating part of the relay presses the movable contact via a hole formed in substantially the central portion of the second insulating wall of the base housing.

    • A wireless communication system includes a wireless base station FAP2 which communicates with a mobile communication terminal UE1; a core network apparatus CN4 which is a higher-level apparatus of the wireless base station; and a femto wireless base station gateway GW3 which relays between the FAP2 and the core network apparatus CN4. The wireless base station FAP2 includes a determination unit 21a which determines whether to stop voice call reception processing or voice call transmission processing with reference to determination information upon detection of a voice call reception to the mobile communication terminal UE1 within a communication service area or a voice call transmission from the mobile communication terminal UE1 within the communication service area in the FAP2; and a signal processing unit 25a which informs a higher-level apparatus of a message including a determination result when the determination unit determines to stop the processing.
