The filter substrate includes a filter circuit configured to reduce transmission of noise generated in the switching element to an input power source. The housing includes a housing base having a first surface and a second surface. The main body is on the first surface of the housing base, and includes the filter substrate and a plurality of electronic components. The air duct is disposed on the second surface of the housing base, and cooling air flows through the air duct. The filter switch is on the first surface of the housing base. The filter switch is configured to switch between making and breaking electrical conduction between the filter circuit and the housing.
