摘要： An air blowing device includes a housing with a suction port and a blow-off port, and a fan placed in the housing. The fan includes a fan case with a tongue section, an impeller, and a motor. The fan case includes an inlet and an outlet, and is shaped such that a space between the impeller and an inner wall of the fan case increases along a rotary direction of the impeller up to a cross section cut along a line between the tongue section and its opposite section. An opening area of the fan case at the tongue section is kept equal or decreases up to the outlet.

摘要： To reduce power consumption for communication operation wherein a client terminal at the time of offline searches a base station or access point.A server uses a communication information predicting algorithm to predict a location or time whereby the server becomes an offline state over a movement route of a client terminal, and a location or time whereby the server returns to an online state, and informs to the client terminal. The client terminal suspends a communication function when reaching the informed offline predicted location or time. The client terminal at the time of offline determines that the current location or time has reached an online return predicted location or time using location recognition or point-in-time recognition, and restores the communication function.

摘要： When transmitting position/time information calculated by means of a GPS function to a server apparatus, authentication is carried out with the server apparatus. The position/time information may be certified as legitimate measured by a portable apparatus with a GPS reception function employed by a user. When transmitting information related to the position and the time acquired from a portable phone terminal having the GPS function and a network function by means of the GPS function to the server apparatus, authentication is carried out between the portable phone terminal and the server apparatus. The position/time information is transmitted to the server apparatus, only if the server apparatus is authenticated as a legitimate counterpart for connection. A secret key holding section is provided for holding different secret keys for different apparatuses. The position/time information measured based on an electromagnetic wave received from a positioning satellite is digitally signed by means of the secret key. The identification information and the position/time information having the digital signature are then transmitted to a counterpart.

The foregoing structure allows setting speed-torque characteristics of the brushless DC motor such that the torque increases at a higher rpm of the motor. When data stored in a random access area are read, the read data (physical block) are retrieved by a logic block number and newest data are read by referring to an incremental counter of data having that logic block number. When data are stored in the random access area, the incremental counter and the logic block number of data already stored in the random access area are referred and a physical block set to be unnecessary is set to a writer buffer, and then the data are written to this write buffer.
