摘要： Inter-frame prediction coding method, device and system are provided. The inter-frame prediction coding method includes: calculating distortions between a template area of current encoding block and each of M matching templates in L reference frames, to determine M offset vectors; acquiring M hypothesis prediction values of the encoding block to which the M matching templates correspond according to the determined M offset vectors, and calculating the template matching prediction value of the current encoding block according to the M hypothesis prediction values; comparing the template matching prediction value and original value of the current encoding block to acquire the residual of the current encoding block, and encoding the residual. The technical solution improves prediction performance of the video coding system and increases coding efficiency.

摘要： The embodiments of the present invention provide a method and a device for encoding and decoding videos, and relate to the communication field, and an efficient transformation matrix corresponding to features of each residual block is selected for transformation, which therefore improves encoding efficiency. The solution provided in an embodiment of the present invention is: generating a prediction residual according to input video data; selecting a set of best transformation matrixes among multiple candidate transformation matrixes according to an intra-frame prediction mode and rate-distortion criteria to perform transform-coding on the prediction residual and obtain a transformation result; and generating an encoded stream according to the transformation result and selected transformation matrix index information.

摘要： A video coding method based on a motion skip mode (MSM) is provided. The method includes the following steps. A corresponding reference block of a current macro block to be encoded in a view-point reference image is determined, according to a direction of a disparity vector from a current image relative to the view-point reference image deduced by using a block smaller than 16×16 pixels as a base unit. The current macro block to be encoded is then encoded according to motion information of a macro block that the determined corresponding reference block belongs to. Other related video coding methods and corresponding codecs based on the MSM are also provided. Therefore, macro block motion information (MMI) of the currently encoded macro block at a corresponding position in the view-point reference image can be more accurately obtained, thereby improving a coding efficiency of the MSM.

摘要： An adaptive frame prediction method includes: using at least one block partition method to partition an MB that needs to perform intra-frame prediction; using at least one prediction mode to predict each sub-block in each block partition result and obtaining a sub-block residual of a current sub-block; selecting multiple transformation methods according to the sub-block type to transform each sub-block residual and obtain the code-rate distortion ratio of the current sub-block; performing frame prediction for the MB according to the block partition method, the prediction mode, and the transformation method corresponding to the code-rate distortion ratio of a minimum value among all code-rate distortion ratios. An adaptive prediction apparatus disclosed herein includes: a block partition module, a predicting module, a transforming module, a selecting module, and a frame predicting module. The method and the apparatus herein perform the intra-frame or inter-frame coding flexibly, get more adaptive to the local texture statistic features of the MBs, and improve the coding efficiency.

摘要： Methods and devices of intra prediction encoding and decoding are described, so that the encoding performance of intra coding is better. A prediction encoding is performed on the same frame by using at least two intra prediction encoding modes, and information indicating the intra prediction encoding mode of each block is written into the encoded result, so as to encode different blocks by using the most appropriate modes. By using at least two intra prediction encoding modes, relevant indication information is written into the encoded result, so as to correctly perform the decoding. During decoding, the information of intra prediction encoding mode of each block of the same frame is firstly read, and then the block is decoded by using this mode. Each block is organized in a form of hierarchical tree, so as to obtain the optimal performance, and reduce the amount of the information indicating the intra prediction encoding mode of each block in the encoded result.
