    • A sighting device for a bow (or other tool) that includes an eye alignment assembly. A frame is attached to the bow using a mounting bracket. The frame includes a leading edge oriented toward a user, a trailing edge oriented down range of the bow, and a tapered inner surface generally surrounding a viewing opening. The tapered inner surface tapering outward from the leading edge toward the trailing edge. A plurality of sight points on sight pins are located in the viewing opening. The sight points are configured to align the bow with a target viewed through the viewing opening. The eye alignment assembly includes the tapered inner surface substantially concealed behind the leading edge when the frame is located at a particular orientation relative to the user's eye.

    • A bow sight with at least one sight pin mounted to a frame assembly. At least one optical fiber is attached to the sight pin. The optical fiber is exposed to gather ambient light and to transmit light to a sight point located within the frame assembly. The eye alignment assembly includes an optical structure mounted to the frame assembly including a sight point of an optical fiber located near a proximal end of the optical structure and a lens with alignment indicia located at a distal end of the optical structure. An adjustment system permits the optical structure to be reoriented relative to the frame assembly. The eye alignment assembly provides an indication of orientation of the shooter relative to the bow in at least two degrees of freedom.

    • A bow sight that decouples the shooter's bow cant from elevation adjustments. A segmented support assembly includes a proximal portion and a distal portion. The proximal portion is adapted to attach to the bow. The distal portion is rotatably attached to the proximal portion and adapted to rotate around a Y-axis relative to the proximal portion. A micro-adjust controls the rotational position around the Y-axis of the distal portion relative to the proximal portion. An elevation assembly is attached to the distal portion. A bezel assembly is attached to the elevation assembly. The elevation adjustment moves the bezel assembly along a substantially vertical axis while the bow is held at a bow cant greater than zero. The micro-adjust decouples the shooter's bow cant from operation of the elevation assembly. A windage assembly is optionally located between the elevation assembly and the distal portion.

    • A bow sight and eye alignment assembly with phosphorescent fibers. The bow sight includes at least one sight pin mounted to a frame. At least one phosphorescent optical fiber is attached to the sight pin. At least a portion of the phosphorescent optical fiber is exposed to ambient light that is transmitted to a sight point on the sight pin. The eye alignment assembly includes a sight point of a phosphorescent optical fiber positioned a distance behind an alignment indicia on a lens. An adjustment system is provided to reposition the sight point of the eye alignment assembly relative to the alignment indicia on the lens. The eye alignment assembly preferably provides an indication of orientation of the user relative to the bow sight in at least two degrees of freedom.

    • An archery target constructed of compressed layers of foam. Layers of cross linked, closed cell polyethylene foam of 1/8 to 1/4 inch thickness and a density of 2 to 4 pounds are stacked and compressed between support platens positioned to maintain the compressive forces over the central portion of the target. Band retainers are secured around the target to maintain compression and retain the layers in registry to one another. A weather resistant cover can be trained around the baled target and a handle can also be mounted to the binding support platens.
