摘要： A power semiconductor device includes an input signal processor circuit to which control signals are input, and power device driving circuits for individually driving power devices based on output signal of the input signal processor circuit. Level shift circuits are individually inserted between the input signal processor circuit and the power device driving circuit on a p-side and between the input signal processor circuit and the power device driving circuit on an n-side to electrically insulate GND lines for the p-side and n-side power device driving circuits and a GND line for the input signal processor circuit.

摘要： It is an object to enhance a breakdown voltage without requiring a complicated manufacturing process while maintaining a stable operation. A control signal (A) output from an MCU (11) is transmitted to a driving circuit (3a) for driving a power switching element (1a) of an upper arm through two-stage level shift circuits. The level shift circuit in a first stage is constituted by a series circuit of a switching element (13) and a resistive element (14), and the level shift circuit in a second stage is constituted by a series circuit of a switching element (16) and a resistive element (17).

摘要： A sound-proof wall made of FRP in the form of a sound-proof wall panel that includes a core and skin members made of FRP positioned on both sides of the core and whose weight per nit area is within the range of 10-60 kg/m2; and a method of producing the same. This sound-proof wall, though light in weight, has a superior sound insulation property and will never corrode because it is made of FRP. Further, it has a high degree of freedom of engineering design including sound-proof property, design, and shape, capable of producing a desired sound-proof wall with case. Further, since it has a high specific strength, it is possible to attain a drastic weight reduction while retaining the necessary strength, and facilitate working, shorten construction time, and reduce construction cost.

摘要： A power conversion apparatus of this invention includes a power switching device, a voltage sensor, a current sensor, and a device controller connected to the switching device, the voltage sensor, and the current sensor. The voltage sensor detects an output voltage of the switching device to output a first signal depending on the output voltage, and the current sensor detects an output current of the switching device to output a second signal depending on the output current. The device controller includes a driver connected to the switching device and a correcter connected to the driver, the voltage sensor and the current sensor. The driver outputs a third drive signal to the switching device. The correcter monitors a switching loss and a surge voltage by using the first and second signals, and corrects the third signal depending on values of the switching loss and the surge voltage.
