摘要： A biological signal measurement system includes: a providing unit configured to provide a first visual stimulus including a first object visually changing at a predetermined frequency, and a second visual stimulus including a second object; a detection unit configured to detect a biological signal of the subject; a frequency analysis unit configured to perform a frequency analysis on the detected biological signal corresponding to the first visual stimulus, and derive a signal intensity of each frequency component; a determination unit configured to determine a time interval in which the subject has viewed the first visual stimulus, based on a signal intensity of a frequency component corresponding to the frequency; an extraction unit configured to extract the biological signal corresponding to the determined time interval, and corresponding to the second visual stimulus; and an output unit configured to output the extracted biological signal.

摘要： A magnetic head according to an embodiment includes: a spin-torque oscillator comprising a first ferromagnetic layer, a second ferromagnetic layer, a third ferromagnetic layer provided on the opposite side of the second ferromagnetic layer from the first ferromagnetic layer, a first nonmagnetic layer provided between the first ferromagnetic layer and the second ferromagnetic layer, a second nonmagnetic layer provided between the second ferromagnetic layer and the third ferromagnetic layer, a first electrode provided on a surface on the opposite side of the first ferromagnetic layer from the first nonmagnetic layer, and a second electrode provided on a surface on the opposite side of the third ferromagnetic layer from the second nonmagnetic layer. Magnetization precession is induced in each of the first through third ferromagnetic layers when current is applied between the first and second electrodes.

A direction of a magnetization of the first fixed layer is fixed and has a component parallel to a first direction. A direction of a magnetization of the second free layer is variable and has a component orthogonal to the first direction. The first fixed layer is provided between the first free layer and the second free layer. The magnetizations of the first free layer and the second free layer oscillate. A rotation direction of the magnetization of the first free layer is opposite to a rotation direction of the magnetization of the second free layer.

The magnetization free layer is excited with a magnetization vibration caused by spin transfer from the magnetization fixing layer due to the appliance of the current.

摘要： A biological information measuring apparatus includes a cover member and a hardware processor. The cover member is provided with sensors for detecting biological signals to cover a position of a biological part of a subject. The hardware processor is configured to estimate a positional relation of the position of the biological part of the subject with respect to the cover member at a first time point. The hardware processor superimposes first point cloud and second point cloud. The first point cloud is acquired by a non-contact mechanism front the subject at the first time point and represents a surface of the biological part of the subject in a coordinate system of the sensors. The second point cloud is created based on a morphological image of the subject captured by a biological structure acquiring apparatus and represents the surface of the biological part of the subject.
