The outer layer includes a non-woven laminate, with at least one outer ply of spunbond and an inner ply of at least one meltblown.

The side closure includes front and rear side flaps having elastic portions where an inner surface of a rear side flap is overlapped and welded to an outer surface of a front side flap.
