The first seat back 2 is provided at a side thereof adjacent the side of the second seat back with a first bracket 21a. The second seat back 2 is provided at a side thereof adjacent the side of the first seat back 2 with a second bracket 31. The seat cushion is provided with a third bracket 11 which is located between the first and second brackets 21a, 31 and rises up from a rear end portion of the seat cushion 1. The first recliner device 22 includes an actuating shaft 23. The first recliner device 22 is arranged interposedly between the first bracket 21a and the third bracket 11 with both end portions thereof being penetrated through the first and third brackets 21a, 11 and rotatably supported to the first and third brackets 21a, 11. The third bracket 11 is provided with a support pin 24. The support pin 24 is provided at the third bracket 11 so as to be laterally projected toward the second seat back 3 from the third bracket 11 and coaxially surround one of the end portions of the actuating shaft 23 which is penetrated through the third bracket 11. The support pin 24 is penetrated through the second bracket 31 and supported to the second bracket 31.
