摘要： An image processing apparatus is provided which is capable of adding an additional image having a high effect of discouragement to an input image when the input image is subjected to image processing, and requires less costs and less time in parts procurement for repair work. The image processing apparatus includes image information input portion that inputs image information, and an image adding portion that adds given visible additional image information for identifying the image processing apparatus to image information input by the image information input portion. The image adding portion has a determining portion that determines on whether or not to add the given additional image information to the image information input by the image information input portion.

A printer apparatus determines a printer apparatus to be recommended for the user and the determined information is transmitted to the client apparatus. When a printer apparatus to be used by the client apparatus is selected, a printer driver of the selected printer apparatus is transmitted from the management server to the client apparatus.

In the first mode, the original is fixed and reading is done by a scanning exposure device and in the second mode the exposure device is fixed and the original is moved for reading.
