摘要： Disclosed is a lubricant sealing structure for a gear coupling, which can firmly prevent the leaking of the lubricant due to vibration or the like in the axial and radial directions inside the gear coupling. A sealing member is a cloth-inserted rubber 21 having flexibility. The cloth-inserted rubber 21 has a first end being fixed to a fixing member 24s on a cover plate 20 mounted on a side of an outer ring 7 and a second end being fixed to another fixing member 25s on a side of the drive shaft 10 in liquid tight manner in the axial direction of a drive shaft 10. Each of the first and second ends of the cloth-inserted rubber 21 has a face extending in a direction that is perpendicular to the axial direction. The cloth-inserted rubber 21 seals the lubricant at the face of said each of the first and second ends.

摘要： A power generating wind turbine includes parts and components installed in or on a nacelle which are made smaller and lighter, thus facilitating maintenance. A main shaft 11, a gear-box for speeding up rotation of the main shaft 11 and a generator 13 driven by an output of the gear-box 11 are provided on a nacelle bed plate 6. The main shaft 11 is connected to an input shaft 12a end of the gear-box 12 via a double-row tapered roller bearing 16. The main shaft 11 is supported to a wall portion W1 of the nacelle bed plate 6 with the double-row tapered roller bearing 16 being interposed therebetween. The main shaft 11 is formed in an annular shape having its outer diameter D1 larger than its axial directional length L1.

In the gear box, the carrier has an inclined surface facing the planet bearing as a part of an outer cylinder part provided on both ends of the planet pins in axial direction of the planet pin and surrounding the outer circumference of the both ends of the planet pins and the incline surface inclines such that the farther from an axial center of the planet pin, the longer a distance between the inclined surface and the planet bearing.

The planet gears 58 are fixed to the outer race 56B of the self-aligning bearing 56 with an interference fit, respectively, so that each end surface of the outer race 56B of the self-aligning bearing 56 is positioned inner side to an end surface of each planet gears 58.
