摘要： A charging system for a hybrid vehicle which prevents a super capacitor from being reverse charged. In the illustrative charging system a DC-DC converter is connected to the inverter and configured to receive the DC electricity from the inverter and drop voltage. A battery is configured to receive the DC electricity from the DC-DC converter and to be charged by the DC electricity. Finally, a means for preventing reverse charging is mounted on a path between the super capacitor and the battery and is configured to prevent energy from flowing from the battery to the super capacitor.

With the system, the manufacturing cost can be reduced, packaging process can be simplified, and an additional cooling device is not required.

A hierarchical 3D image broadcasting method comprises: allowing a broadcast transmission system to transmit first broadcast data for an existing broadcast to a broadcast reception system via a first communication network; and allowing the broadcast transmission system to transmit second broadcast data for 3D image broadcasting to the broadcast reception system via a second communication network. At this point, the broadcast reception system enables the first and second broadcast data to be combined in order to display a 3D image broadcast.

摘要： The present invention relates to a nonrotating billboard of a rotation body which is attached on a surface of a rotation center of a vertical rotation member such as vehicle wheel, fan, etc. for showing a nonrotating state of a pattern, emblem or advertisement irrespective of a rotation of a rotation body. The nonrotating billboard includes a housing rotated together with the rotation member, a billboard member having a surface on which a billboard is formed installed in the housing and rotatable relative thereto while maintaining an upright state through use of a weight member. The nonrotating billboard further includes a friction prevention unit for maintaining a free state of the billboard member such that the billboard is restricted from contacting the housing.
