    • A coaxial cable connector for coupling a coaxial cable to a mating connector is disclosed. The coaxial cable connector may include a connector body having a forward end and a rearward cable receiving end for receiving a cable. The connector may include a nut rotatably coupled to the forward end of the connector body and an annular post disposed within the connector body for providing an electrical path between the mating connector and the coaxial cable. The connector may include a biasing element, wherein the biasing element is configured to provide a force to maintain the electrical path between the mating connector and the coaxial cable. In one embodiment, the biasing element is external to the nut and the connector body. In one embodiment, the biasing element surrounds a portion of the nut and/or the connector body.

    • An improved orientation means for a cable tie delivering system is adapted to complement a cable tie delivery system and includes an elongated conduit for orientation of an elongated, generally planar cable tie therein. The elongated conduit orients either a symmetrical or a single-directional cable tie in a delivery hose extending between a cable tie application tool and a dispenser from which such a cable tie is ejected. The conduit achieves proper orientation of the cable tie by requiring the cable tie to bend as it travels from the dispenser to the tool. By confining the cable tie once it has achieved the desired orientation the conduit retains the cable tie therein for accurate delivery to the installation tool and proper application to a bundle of articles to be tied.

    • An electrical data connector includes cable strain relief for accommodating a cable of at least two differing diameters. A cable strain relief assembly frictionally secures either of the cables therein. The strain relief assembly includes a strain relief body including first and second cable channels for permitting accommodation alternatively of one of the at least two cables. A channel filler block is insertable into the first channel to render the first channel cable inaccessible and render exclusively the second channel accessible to cable passage. A strain relief plug works in cooperation with said strain relief body to secure the cable supported either in the first or second channel in strain relief fashion.

    • Security systems, including shields, adapters, and/or tools, for limiting access to a coaxial cable connector are provided. A shield comprises an outer shield configured to limit access to the coaxial cable connector. The shield further comprises an adapter configured to be coupled to the outer shield. The adapter is configured to engage a side of the fastener portion of the coaxial cable connector. The adapter is further configured to engage a tool configured to rotate the adapter such that, when engaged with both the tool and the fastener portion of the coaxial cable connector, the adapter is configured to rotate the fastener portion of the coaxial cable connector upon rotation of the adapter by the tool.
