The disc exchanger is disposed inside the housing to operate within an operating range. The data processing module is disposed within the operating range inside the housing. The optical disc cassette is suitable for being set up within the operating range and has at least one hollow. The cassette ejector is disposed on the housing. The elastic element is disposed inside the housing. When the optical disc cassette is stationed inside the housing, a distance is kept between the elastic element and the hollow. The elastic element is disposed on an ejection path of the hollow. The elastic element is suitable for lodging inside the hollow of the optical disc cassette when the optical disc cassette is ejected from the housing.

Through this disc playing sorting system and the method, user can avoid the complicated processes for setting the plurality of discs into the capacity space in order.

The method comprising the steps that to perform an ejecting operation when the logical element receives an eject command and to selectively perform an additional ejecting operation according to the changing of OFF/ON states of the switch. The additional ejecting operation is for ejecting the disc further after the disc ejecting operation. The additional ejecting operation can be driving the roller for a predetermined period of time or a predetermined number of revolutions to further eject the disc. The additional ejecting operation can also be driving the roller to eject the disc until the switch is at OFF state, and a maximum period of time or a maximum number of revolutions is set to constrain the additional ejecting operation.

摘要： An optical disc drive comprising at least a housing, an optical disc cassette, a cassette ejector and a fixing element is provided. The housing has an ejection opening. The cassette ejector and the fixing element are disposed in the housing. The optical disc cassette is disposed inside the housing for holding a plurality of optical discs. The housing has an open fixing groove. The fixing element lodges on the open fixing groove when the optical disc cassette is pushed into the housing. When the optical disc cassette is manually ejected, a manual ejection element that passes through the ejection opening is used to change the relative position between the fixing element and the open fixing groove. Consequently, the optical disc cassette can be ejected from the housing by the cassette ejector.
