摘要： An apparatus including a first section which is sized and shaped to be supportably mounted on a person's ear, a second section movably connected to the first section, and a switch. The first section includes a speaker. The second section is movable between a first home position and a second outward position relative to the first home position and the first section. The switch is OFF when the first and second sections are in a first configuration with the second section in the first home position. The switch is ON when the first and second sections are in a second different configuration with the second section in the second outward position.
