摘要： The invention is directed to a piece of footwear with a removable upper sleeve. The footwear comprises a boot shell, a skirt, and an upper sleeve. The skirt is attached to the upper rim of the boot shell at its lower edge and has a connection means attached along its upper edge. The upper sleeve has a corresponding connection means along its lower edge which is configured to connect to the connection means along the upper edge of the skirt. In one embodiment the upper sleeve is reversible with different patterns or visual elements on each side of the sleeve.

摘要： A compact diversity antenna is presented consisting of two electrically isolated orthogonal loop conductors joined at a midpoint. This midpoint is also electrically attached to a vertical conductor which produces a third mode of operation electrically isolated from the first modes. The two horizontal conductors and the vertical conductor may be constructed to have various relationships with a ground plane of various shapes and sizes. Some of the possible feed arrangements for each of the antennas is presented as well as matching and tuning circuits. All three antenna elements are found to have relatively weak near electric and magnetic fields on the ground plane side of the antenna where the ground plane is small in extent. This feature provides for reduced radiation into the head and neck of the cellular phone user.

摘要： A sheet-form composite has a paper side and a side having a field of fastener hooks. The paper side has a surface formed to be printable, writeable or photo-developable in the presence of the fastener hooks on the obverse side. Weak hook areas enable support of light weight papers upon loop surfaces that are not designed for hook and loop fastening. Selected bands in which hooks reside enable performing other operations in non-hook areas, with which the hooks would interfere, or would be damaged. The composite is useful for display, sales, advertising or adornment, and is readily fed through standard inkjet and other printers. Images are thus acquired and transferred onto the composite by computer.
